We work as a team to take care of every patient — making sure each pet receives the best treatment option, with the goal of getting them home well as soon as possible.

No. Emergencies are seen 24/7 on a triage basis — walk in any hour and we’ll see you in order of severity.

Bring your pet in immediately for repeated or persistent vomiting, severe or bloody diarrhea, black tarry stool, vomiting paired with a swollen abdomen, suspected toxin or foreign-body ingestion, signs of dehydration, or any vomiting or diarrhea in a young puppy or kitten. Even one episode can be serious in young animals.
Yes. Parvovirus (parvo) is a serious and contagious disease in young or unvaccinated dogs that causes vomiting, profuse bloody diarrhea, lethargy, and dehydration. We run an in-house parvo test on arrival when symptoms suggest it — results in minutes. Confirmed cases are isolated and hospitalized for IV fluids, anti-nausea medication, antibiotics, and supportive care. Most parvo puppies survive when treatment starts early.
Bring any medications your pet is on, recent records or vaccine history if you have them, and (for vomiting/diarrhea cases) a sample of stool or vomit if it’s safe to collect. If your pet may have eaten something toxic, bring the packaging.
